Mission: To improve the quality of life for children and families in Genesee County through assessment, awareness, advocacy and action

Priority Children is multi-issue, county-based child advocacy organization.

We are recognized as an informed and unbiased advocate on a broad range of issues that affect the well-being of youth in our county, including opportunity youth, mental health, poverty and abuse and neglect.

Our signature role involves making connections and sharing knowledge across organizations, coalitions, and initiatives, thereby extending the reach and impact of existing services and leveraging resources to their fullest capacity.

The Summer Youth Expo helps families with children from birth to college age connect with local organizations providing free and low-cost summer activities, including arts and music programs, science and sports camps, job training programs, community service opportunities and much more. Parents and children are able to learn more about each of the opportunities available, and for some, enroll on site! This FREE event also has music, bounce houses, snacks, prizes and more! Sign Language Interpreters are available.

Are you a Youth Serving Organization, and want to present your Program at the Summer Youth Expo? All non-profit organizations registration is only $75, all other programs or business are $200.
